Grand opening of Friday Night at Binalbagan Public Plaza this January 31, 2014 with The Carnival Cruise Ship Band featuring Bimbo Mejorada as their lead vocalist.
This is a program of the municipality which provides a venue for the stake holders and community members to have a time to enjoy with friends, colleagues and family. This is where Binalbaganons meet to unwind.
