Residents requiring ZONING CERTIFICATION of real properties located within the municipality can secure this document from the Municipal Planning & Development Office through the Zoning Administrator.

FEES
  1. Php 500.00/hectare or a fraction thereof
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Current Year Tax Declaration with documentary stamp
  2. Photocopy of Transfer Certificate Title/Original Certificate Title certified by Register of Deeds
  3. Official Receipt

Residents requiring DECISION ON ZONING for construction/ renovation/ alteration of projects located within the municipality can secure this document from the Municipal Planning & Development Office through the Zoning Administrator.

  • Deed of Sale (for applicants where the property id mot yet transferred to their names)

  • 1 set of Project Cost Estimate (duly signed by owner & registered architect or engineer)
  • 1 set of Plans (duly signed by owner & registered architect or engineer)
