PROCESSING OF APPLICATION FOR LEAVE ABSENCES

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Permanent, temporary, casual, contractual and elective officials and employees are entitled to vacation, sick leave and other privilege leave. An employee earned 1.25 days each for vacation and sick leave every month. Actual leaves deducted from these leave credits. Application for leave must be filed 5 days before the leave. For sick leave, application must be filed upon return to work.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. 2 copies of CSC Form No. 1 (Application for leave Form revised 1984)
  2. Medical Certificate for sick leave exceeding 5 days
  3. Clearance from money and property accountability if last 30 days

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Application for work at the Local Government Unit is open to anyone particularly bonafide resident of Binalbagan and provided that the application meets the qualification required for the vacant positions.
Vacant position are posted at the LGU Bulletin and published at the CSC Bulletin Vacant position, Bacolod Field Office, Bacolod City, as legal basis: (RA 7041 Publication Law) A Personal Selection Board (PSB) was created to screen applicants for permanent positions and promotions.

Appointment letters of all newly hired and promoted employees and renewal of appointment of temporary, casual and Contract of services for Contractual employees are prepared by the HRMO Staff.

  3. Certificate of Eligibility(If position with Eligibility)
  4. Certificate of training and employment expertise
  5. Transcript of records
  6. Medical Certificate
  7. Marriage Contract (For married only)
  8. Performance for at least 2 rating period (for Promotion only)
  9. Other documents needed
