SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

An individual desiring to operate a tricycle for hire within the municipality needs to have a permit from the Mun. Mayor’s Office.

FEES:
  • 630.00 for new
  • 480.00 for renewal
  • 618.50 delayed renewal

ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS PERMIT SERVICE
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Business establishments operating within the Municipality are required to secure a Mayors Permit to operate. This permit is available at the Municipal Mayor’s Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Accomplished Unified Business Permit Form
  2. Barangay Clearance (from Where business is located)
  3. Sanitary & Health Certificate from RHU
    • Health Certificate
  4. For Food Establishment – Laboratory Result
    • Sputum
    • Stool
  5. Electrical Safety Inspection Form ( duly signed, sealed by Licensed Professional Engineer )
  6. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

  7. Zoning Certificate
    • Zoning Administrator
  8. Market Occupancy Clearance
    • For Market Block Holders ( Market Supervisor)
  9. Registration Papers from Regulating Bodies ( if applicable)

ISSUANCE OF PERMIT FOR PUBLIC DANCE/ MOTORCADE/PARADE AND PROCESSION SERVICE
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

To ensure public safety, coordination and orderly traffic management during a public dance, motorcade or parade of any group, corporations, other entities, they are required to get a permit from the Municipal Mayor ‘s Office before the scheduled activity.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Corporation, groups and other entities who wish to promote or advertise their product/s or service/s by means of advertisements such as the installation, posting of billboards, signage, streamers, posters and/or flyers and other similar materials. Permits for such can be secured from the Mun. Mayor’s Office.

Schools, companies and overseas employment agencies require their students/recruits to secure certificate of Good moral, Mayor’s Clearance or recommendation before they are allowed to enroll or apply. These documents ca be secured from the Mun. Mayor’s Office.
