June 29, 2016, Oath taking and inauguration of re-elected Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of Binalbagan, Hon. Emmanuel I. Aranda together with the re-elected and newly elected municipal official was a successful event held at the Mayor Pedro T. Yulo III Sports and Cultural Center. Prior to the event was a thanksgiving mass held at San Isidro Labrador Parish sponsored by the LGU. Along with this, the new LIGA ng Barangay President had his oath in succession to the former LIGA ng Barangay President 2012-2015 who was elected Sangguniang Bayan Member last May 11, 2016.
Hon. Leticia Ban-Trigue graced the event as the administering officer of the oath taking ceremony. Special guests are Mrs. Ma. Catherine Baltazar, DILG Officer, Chief of Police Binalbagan PNP, Jail Warden of Bureau of Jail and Management and Penology, Bureau of Fire Protection Chief, and Dep Ed Binalbagan District I and II Supervisors,
Together with the guests, several community members shows the continuing private – public partnership, showing continued support to the Local Government Unit, as these different private establishments, companies and academe stand as witnesses to this another part of the history of the municipality. Also CHMSC – Binalbagan Campus Criminology Department, Balbagan Folkloric Ensemble and DepEd Binalbagan Teacher’s Choir participated in making the event a success.
